Novice with Stealth / Sabotage / Technical Aptitude specialization. Completely non-lethal approach.
Saudi Arabia: Nasri arrested, agreed to let Shaheed go.
Rome: Avoided detection by CIA entirely, bugged NSA by dialogue, had Madison as a handler at the mansion, romanced Madison, disarmed bombs.
Moscow: Spared Sis, earned bad rep from Albatross by talking shit about the locket, didn't ally with SIE but avoided fighting her via dialogue, had Albatross as handler in Embassy mission, saved Albatross, spared Bryako, arrested Surkov.
Taipei: Bugged G22's servers and bluffed Albatross, befriended Heck, pissed off Hong Shi by knowing too much and being smart about it, didn't wipe Heck's NBS files but still had a good standing with him at the end, chose to prevent riots, spared Omen.
Endgame: Told Mina to lay low after romancing her, parted with Scralet as friends, struck a deal wtih Shaheed, refused Leland's offer, turned Marburg, chose SIE as handler (only she and Heck were available -- never got the mission to contact Albatross, possibly due to only having neutral standing with him), got info from Omen, allied with Scarlet, saved Mina, defeated Parker, defeated Darcy (kinda burns me the endging says I killed him despite having made a point to take him out with tranquilizers), arrested Westridge, arrested Leland with Marburg's approval, rode off with Mina.

There seems to be a bug, where Ali Shaheed is shown as being alive during the crdits news report despite having killed him. In the Saudi mission, I did not execute him, but spoke to him and then arrested him. Then he's shown as having died in the missile attack. Stays dead throughout the game. Then in endgame, I chose Albatross as handler, turned down Leland's offer, turned Marburg, saved Scarlet and allied with her. Then saved Mina. Killed Parker, killed Darcy, got Leland as my final boss. After a bit of dialogue I get the cutscene with Throton and Mina sailing away. And then the news says that Shaheed is alive. So is this a bug or what? And I mean I read somewhere that there are three endings, one supporting Halbech, other supporting Alpha Protocol and the third destroying both and saving Al Samad.....which one is this? I was aiming for the second one, but somehow it does not seem that Alpha Protocol was saved with Westridge gone into hiding and Parker dead... IP no. 59.95.169.10 14:58, June 20, 2010 (UTC)
- Yup, that line runs when arresting Shaheed. Wheter or not that's a bug or intended (after all it mentions a video, those could have been recorded before the game began) only Obsidian knows at this point though. Hassat Hunter 17:43, June 20, 2010 (UTC)
- Shaheed is assumed dead regardless of how you interact with him, so it makes sense he wouldn't make the fact he survived known to Thorton either unless Thorton cuts a deal with him.

Omen killing Scarlet?[]
One of the guys above list "never had any Chance to rescue Scarlet -- killed in Taipei by Omen." as happening in their game. Is that even possible, to have Scarlet killed by Omen? If so, how? 82.156.214.20 06:27, July 19, 2011 (UTC)
