The Adrenaline Optimizer decreases cooldown times by 15%. We can probably extrapolate that the Regulator is 10% and the Fitted Underlay is 5%. Since I've not purchased (and therefore tested) either of those items, I cannot confirm my hypothesis at this time.98.175.1.1 23:51, July 6, 2010 (UTC)
