Moscow is one of many hubs in in Alpha Protocol. It also has a safehouse for Michael Thorton. The city is the capital and the largest city of Russia. It is also the largest metropolitan area in Europe, and ranks among the largest urban areas in the world. It is said that the hub is unlocked early on in the game, but it is unknown if that means the first level.
