- During the Contact Grigori the Informant mission, choose any of the Headslam options when speaking to Grigori. Note that Smash Glass options do not count for this perk.
- During the Intercept Surkov at US Embassy mission, Disarm then Cripple Surkov when he points the gun at Mike at end of the mission. To make him do that, be aggressive to Grigori in Contact Grigori the Informant (the Headslam choices should work for this.)
- During the Infiltrate Alpha Protocol mission, when Leland offers Mike to join Helbech (only happen you have a reputation of +6 or more with Leland), choose Punch Leland when it shows up.
