Chain Shot is an unlockable ability for Pistols in the game Alpha Protocol. It allows Michael Thorton to plan several shots in slow motion, then execute them instantly when time runs out or all shots have been used. Higher levels give more time to plan and more shots. The shots have perfect accuracy, so headshots are usually an instant kill. This skill is useful for thinning the field in a firefight. Also, against bosses, you can score multiple headshots in a single burst to rapidly drop their health.
