As soon as you end with your last boss in third town you will get here, there is no checkpoints. Cutscene with Mina will start immediately. There is several branches in this conversation, so don't try to kiss her as soon as you will have such opportunity, be patient, there is 3 times when you can do this. I have only russian subs so i don't how to correct translate all the options (rusians subs sometimes... wel... let's say mislead me) so when i don't have correct english frases i will just show you where nodes are going to.
First 4 nodes are straight. You can't decrease reputation (don't know abou increase because i had max reputation at that point), and so there is nothing interesting in those nodes, and one more thing, there is manu nodes so i will use numbers instead first, second e.t.c.:
